Author David Spaner will read from his new book, Shoot It! Hollywood Inc. and The Rising of Independent Film at the Strand Book Store in New York on September 19. He’ll then introduce an indie classic, John Cassavetes’ Shadows. After the film, Spaner will be in discussion with the film’s star Leila Goldoni.
